I know this has been asked before and we tried keeping the car running, the unlocker, and the 1.41 of ECUflash. We are using the tatrix 2.0 cable and nothing seems to be working with ECUflash.

EVOscan seems to work fine with no issues, so we know the cable, USB port, all hardware can see the ECU okay, we believe it to be a software issue with ECUflash...

Any ideas? Thanks!

Jack

having exact same issue on Evo4 with Evo7 Ecu

only suggestion on OpenECU forum was to ensure pin 79 was bridged to the second plug on the tactrix 2.0 cable.

question about evoscan or mitsulogger, which one out of the two can use data logging for emissions...well i need readings for no2, o2 being too high. something to prevent me from failing emissions the first time. i also what to know if any of these two softwares allow me to check the obd2 monitor readiness.

None, you would need smoke probe in your exhaust that is capable of NOx detection and no car that I know of is having such sensor.

Hey acumus. I've got a question involving the fuel trims. I've tried disabling the immobilizer using the periphery bits, but I'm still reading 0.1008. Is there anything else I'm missing? I've been searching for a couple of hours and came up with nothing, any help would be greatly appreciated.

0.1008 is 0 - improper scaling in EvoScan.

for MUT_C,MUT_D,MUT_E
most accurate is here or written differently here

Can someone please advise me. I have JDM Evo8, Rom ID is 93660005. I am using Ecuflash to download my rom info, it opens without any problems, but when I am trying to save ROM it gives me this error: "There was an error writing this ROM file. See the message log for details." [/I] [21:27:49.625] can't open image file for writing. Any idea why this happens ?

Another thing is I cannot open ROM files, it says There was an error reading this ROM file. See the message log for details, [23:26:41.953] can't open image file.

P.S. This car has been flashed before, unfortunately I dont know what software was used
