No my car is USDM...LHD
Can someone point me to where I can find these periphery bits tables...currently I left the value in periphery2 stock (EGR test enable) and I got a cel (haven't had a chance to read the code but I'm sure its EGR related) I thought that issue was sorted out..
I'm going to try and disable it the old way (EDDF in periphery2) but I guess the new way like appauldd says totally removes it.

Sorry, about the JDM/USDM. The two different ways are doing the same thing - modifying the same code. Just one way is represented in binary code and the other is in hex code.

Thanks. I'll add it to the first post if one of the admins raises the size limit on my first post to more than 20,000 characters.

Just getting ready to setup and try out my 3.5 bar, when I noticed that for the 0014/0015 roms there is no Map test 4 and no "map scaling for baro" items in the code, is that something that was missed or something that doesn't exist for those roms? Thanks!

3 bar is 43psi....Does this mean this sensor can log up to 43psi and control boost up to 43 psi?

Take out 1 bar for atmospheric.

However I have logged up to 33psi with it.

awesome, thank you!

Tryed it out yesterday, using RoadSpike's values, everything worked perfectly, so far no cel's or anything.

Only thing I noticed is that the idle is a bit higher, so I assume its trying to use EGR at idle maybe or something is awry. Any ideas? What exactly do the lookup tables do/control?

What do the map/egr tables actually control? My idle has been a bit higher since I did the conversion, and I'm trying to figure out why..

The EGR should not be active at idle, so I'm not sure why its different.

Also, those that have disabled EGR, have you seen a noticeable difference in fuel mileage?

I haven't disabled the EGR, so I can't comment on that. I'm running fine with it running.

The MAP/EGR tables are mostly just for an internal ECU comparison. When the egr starts to do it's work these are a lookup at the MAP to see if vacuum is dropping as expected, which tells the ECU if the EGR is working or not.

Have you checked for vaccuum or boost leaks? That could cause a change in idle if you didn't seat the sensor properly or forgot to plug a line back in.
