ECU+ will simulate both the front and rear 02 sensors. (front for if you want closed loop to be at a different AFR for something like better fuel economy)

well I found the P0125 thing - and now I'm throwing P0134 - in fact I can throw whatever code I like - lol!

next i am going to reverse engineer how the code is thrown... see if I can accidentally come across a flag or something

I have a bit different but very close problem. Car also goes very slow and has bad idle. From the loggers I see front O2 sensor shows morbid values. Around 4.5 V instead of 0..1 V. However physically attached tester shows correct values 0..1 V so it makes me assume it's ECU "thinks" or somehow interprets the correct signal as 4.5 V. Also car CELs P0125 all the time... I have default values for:

ECU Periphery0 = 0x56DA

and also default value for:

Min temp for closed loop = 0

Can anybody suggest me what to do?

Thank you!

Anton

I can't wait to do this mod so I can run my wideband in the test pipe bung.

Just on quick question.... can disconnecting the downstream O2 sensor by doing this mod affect gas mileage at all?

No. The only reason for the rear O2 sensor in vehicles is to do a Catalyst check. Basically it makes sure your Cat is working properly. This is mandated by law, or else we would only have a front O2.

be aware that if you do this mod and remove your oem rear o2 sensor and put the wideband in you wont complete the o2 sensor heater readiness test. which in return will cause you to fail emissions in most states. if im wrong someone please correct me but im pretty sure this is true.

Excellent. Thanks for the answer. I won't need to worry about emissions anytime soon since aren't any emissions tests in most of the southern states. Thanks again.

Did you find something interesting in reverse?

It's funny that with P0125 the car seems to warm up very very slowly... same street, same hour and twice the time to warm up.

On the flash side, I can see that the bitmap to change (0x56DA @ 0xFAA address) is repeated 8 times and the last one is different. I tried to zero the O2 bit on all but P0125 is still thrown...
