Your present settings were mild on mine certainly. I didn't play with it much more.

Ok will double the air injection table numbers and see what it does (if anything).

Should I change the injection time from 4.8 - 10 then ?

You could try it if the air injection increase doesn't make a difference.

Ok I have been out playing.

I changed the injection time to 10.

Then edited the air injection table as below.

The first pic shows the values that work quite well.

I do get a couple of loud bangs and flames on gear change now

So I thought I would try some more air, I used the figures in the 2nd table below, but for some reason it didn't really do anything

Any idea's why that happend ??

It might be it is flowing as much as it can - the banjo bolt holes are small, can be enlarged

I have already drilled them out to 5.5mm

I also noticed that there is different sized holes in them as standard (2 manifolds) 1 set of banjo's were about 1mm and the other set were about 1.5mm.

What happened to this Rom with als Working?

https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/sh...&postcount=299

Cossie just wondering if your ALS effects would be decreased on enhanced depending on wether your VTA or Recircing?
Maybe the SAS is pushing enough air, but theres not enough unburned fuel heading to the manifold

This is what im saying, so running VTA should produce a greater ALS effect than what your currently getting due to the extra fuel during shifts. I will have a play with the tables too this weekend

Give it a try, but I am sure I have enough fuel there

why do sayits pointless? just wondering. i got home last week but the car is at the dealership, starter selinoid went bad while i was deployed, but i am gonna start making the ALS system when i get it back.

VTA should make a little difference but you could always see if changin the fuel input on the actual open loop fuel maps in the lower cells would help. thats what us USDM guys were playing with before, it make the pops and bangs but not enough air was getting into the exhaust manifold for us.

VTA bov actually made any sign of ALS stop. Had to refit the OEM recirc to make it work again. Think it has something to do with it dumping all the pressurised air in the intake.
