Thanks a lot bro,
Ed
So you see them greyed out but you can still see those? If you can see and modify them then it does not really matter, if want to change color you can change Level to some other value than 1

See if your all ALS values can be seen normally, if you see everything as expected then there is no need for new scaling. Timesecbyte is only used in ALS air injection time and you might see XXX if scaling is missing.

The anti-lag code does exist in this ROM, so antilag will work provided that the hardware is installed (unlike the 88840014, 15, 16, and 96530006, and all USDM ROMs where there are only the tables and no code).
Hi MrFred,

What about with the Tephra V7 roms code like the 88580714 ?

And non of the US roms can control the SAS hardware if you have the tables in ? With tephra v7 88590715 can't too ?

as i'm not very good with code writing (my profesional formation is medicine/surgeon but i drive rally cars and build them as a aditional business) it would be nice if someone could implement those strategies to oem ecu (althrough is almost 20 years old tech but we still haven't make use of it's full potential). a comercial /payed version of a rom and ecuflash with apropriate support and options would be even better

sas at work: enjoy!!!

If you can lets post the tables and lets see how the standalone control the professional wrc SAS valve
In Europe lot of us, rally teams traning cars, DD drivers would pay for real antilag stock Ecu rom from Evo 6 to Evo 10 !

For 88580714 v7, use same definition as with 88580014 (see my post earlier in this thread), these are untouched and they work like in standard version. In 88580714 SAS system really works and with it enabled it don't cut fueling in overrun if triggering conditions are met before lift-off.

In 88590015 there is no code for SAS control so no way to control it with original code.

Okay, thank you ! Than I have to test with the 88580714 V7 D Coud you make any boost ? When you lift-off and all of the conditions are met it will follow your high octane fuel map instead of the fuel cut ?

I have never measured boost from upper intercooler pipe so cant say about boost.

If I remember correctly, injector pulse width changes to something else what you get from fuel map in normal lift-off situation, IPW might increase a little bit but you will see.

This setting is correct for a IX GSR edm?
Edm gsr not include SAS, also runs the anti lag?

Thanks!

There has got to be a way to insert the code from a factory rom into a non equipped factory rom. I would love to have this as implemented via factory ECU!

but who can done it ? Maybe the missing code is the problem with the ignition retard limit in the V7 9653 ? The ignition retard limit table is there and set it to -20 degree but no code behind the table ?

If it can be done, should we set up a donation to a source for accomplishing this? I have an IX and Id really like to run this (using OE hardware)

It has already been done; you could flash another rom onto your ecu...instead of patching

afaik there are no other roms to be interchangeable with an USDM IX, let alone one that would have the proper pinout and als function
