Can someone explain this boost enhancement in ecuflash, can we actually get our USDM evo's to have an anti-lag system?

USDM cars don't have anti-lag hardware like the JDM cars. You'd have to get the JDM hardware and reenable the anti-lag algorithm in the ROM. Alternatively, some people have discussed setting up an antilag effect by messing with timing and fuel.
