What IAT sensors?

Just wondering if anyone had any experience with any aftermarket temperature sensors.
Since I have an Innovate SSI-4, I can log up to four 0-5V sensors. I'm using one input for my GM 3.3 bar map sensor, and I was thinking of getting a temp sensor for post IC IAT.
This would be great for comparing new ICs to the stock IC and to get true intake temps.
Just hoping someone can save me a little research time.
In my brief searching, I have found these:
IAT sensor
GM sensor # 25036751 (3/8 NPT) ($22)
Unthreaded plastic part is GM #12160244 ($11)
GM pigtail # 12102620 ($12)
AEM 30-2010
