Hey just applied this to 88590013 LOVE IT.

Did anyone ever consider this as a primitive 2-step setup?

During testing my shop and I watched it build boost when we tested it at like 5k...

My thought is this... Set speed to 0 km/h and TPS to 95% trigger with whatever drop you want and disable your standing rev limit. Then pull up to the tree, rev it to say 6k, it'll drop and 2-step to 5k, launch w/ boost and you'd have NLTS through the whole run.

I haven't tested the whole system but it seems to work in my head.

That would be no different than using your normal launch rev limiter. You would build the same amount of boost.

Actually, it would be much more difficult, because you would have to rev to the RPM that you wanted to launch at (+whatever your drop is), all the while keeping your TPS below 95% TPS, then go 100 % TPS to activate the drop. Sounds like retarded launch control to me.

What's wrong with your normal launch control? Just set the RPM and go 100% TPS....done.

also, not sure you'd build boost either, or at least not a significant amount

This patch rocks! Finally got the car running so I finally got the test it out.

Only thing is I've hit it a few times down shifting. 1500rpm seemed too much but 1200 is working great for me now.

96940011 NTLS does not work. Car will hit fuel cut or something like that whenever you go over the set TPS threshold.

My factory 5k rev limit just holds at 5k...like an auto w/ a stall converter, and I read vaccuum. When we tryed it with NLTS, it bounces at 5k to about 4750 and bounces to about 5 psi or so.

Might not work, I dunno. Oh well.

i didnt have any issues at the track tonight, 2 step and NLTS was working great.... feels so much easier on the tranny.... its just hard to tune her because your logs take different timing/fuel curves then stadard driving and shifting w/o no lift shift. I've got a lot of data to crunch.

I'm assuming that means you didn't beat your old sig times with the NLTS?

I'm using a NLTS RPM Drop of 750 and I've found that fuel comes back in as I'm finishing the shift, which is pretty good. This is with normal shifting, not trying to break any speed records.

I'll keep it like this for street use and I'll probably lower it to 500 or maybe 250 for a track day

Having problems now lol. I think I need to lower it even more.

no... which is heatbreaking considering the fact that i have a more stuff now. I need to leak test and see if i have any issues... she should be moving a lot faster. Its flying off the line, im hitting the 8th at 90mph running 7.7 or 7.8's and then from there im just not picking up fast enough. I was only trapping at 114/115 thru the 1/4 running very consistant 12.0 to 12.2 every pass. I think my 8th should be faster as well though. Ill figure her out 1 day. It was pretty humid as well here last night, but i think she should be running 11.5's or better

Another successful 88590013 experience. Valet is awesome, I'm turning it on when I lock up the car away from home, thieves aren't going to enjoy driving at 2600rpm... lets hope that never happens.

the NLTS feature works, but my legs don't... it's very hard to relearn to shift with the right foot planted on the floor!

I've got a small problem. Im not %100 sure if I am doing this correctly.

I installed the patch, and everything is showing on the ECUflash.

At the beginning of the MODS section, there's the three mods' that tephra has provided. It shows the three mods, and then the value 65232 or so, in MS..

What is this for? TIA
