lol, this is the one learning curve that we all have dealt with. Everyone's first response is "but I know my foot was off the clutch" which ends up not being true. Try accidentally touching the clutch pedal with the sole of your shoe while at peak torque in 2nd or 3rd gear! Man, I almost puked when my gutt was rudely introduced to my lower seatbelt strap! Once we get deeper into this mod, we'll find a way to alter the upper clutch switch to eliminate this super sensitivity.

To really find out how 'little' pressure is required to trigger the switch, next time you are cruising in 5th gear mash the gas to the floor and then simply rest your shoe on the clutch pedal until you feel it activate the NLTS. This is the best way I have found to teach myself where the "on/off" spot was without throwing myself into the windshield each time

ROM 96940011 doesn't seem to be working. The .xml file appears normal but, the .bin file will not download correctly. Everytime I try to bring open it in ECUFlash I get a message saying "Unknown ROM Image"?

Has this ROM been tested yet? I know you said you hadn't had a chance to mark the ones tested yet so I am curious to know if it is just me or the ROM.

Thanks

FYI - 94170008 works.

Yes and I have already copied and paste your .xml definition for v.1.30 and lower as I am running 1.29. The wierd thing is if I go through with the generic setup of the ROM where no maps are there but you can see the tables your Mods list is there?

I'm starting to get the hang of it yay. Using 500rpm now... Could probably go lower for track use. So freaking hot out tonight (no a/c) but I did get a log of a 2-3 shift.

Teprha,
I see all the roms are untested again and it says you edit your first post. What chaged from like a few days agon to today? Should we all redo the patch rom?

Yeah, might be a good idea to put a date next to each ROM if its has been updated I guess.

No updates recently I just didn't have the time to workout who's tested what - whirlwind post fest :P

I just trawled through this thread and worked out who's tested what successfully.

If I do any ROM updates they will be applied to all ROM and the v# will be incremented.
