No I mean if I'm going down the front straight at Road America (long) and have the valet timer set for like 5 seconds. I want to confirm that the valet mode only switches back and forth when the ignition is at the "ON" position but the car isn't actually RUNNING. Hope that clarifies.

NLTS wont work for me either. I just tried it today and as soon as I pushed the clutch in to switch gears (gas pedal was floored) the rpm's just revved to 7500
This is the 2nd time that I've tried it and both occasions it didn't work. is the clutch switch right behind the clutch pedal?
Do i have to be over the NLTS RPM drop point (6000) for the NLTS to work?

Question:
I have the 88590015 EvoIX NLTS rom installed. I have it on the default settings (1500 RPM drop) except that the TPS activation is at 90%.
I've noticed that when I complete my shift (foot totally off the clutch pedal) before the full 1500RPM drop the RPM drop is enforced anyway before it starts climbing again. Is this the way it's supposed to work? Should I set the RPM drop to 1000 or something so that that it's waiting on me to complete the shift?
