Leaner afr to a point - crispy feeling I'm now 13.8 +- at
6-8 psi damn clean it feels. Closed loop to 120 load . I used to err on the rich side but at low boost there's no point with error to the rich side.

Looks pretty good to me, as long as your not over MBT. The only thing I would do personally is rescale the RPM axis and take out some of the lower rpm values and add some more rpm values uptop for more resolution. But thats just me.

Here's my first try with timing. I haven't flashed my ecu yet. Still have stock tune.
Evo 8, exhaust, UICP, synapse DV, EBC set to 21 psi, and 91 octane.
Any suggestions for changes?
Is this safe and a good place to start?
Thanks

It's a nice map. It could use some smoothing (try my smoothing tool https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/ec...t-version.html).

But I'm pretty sure you will knock at high RPM if your load drop below 240. Make your 220 and 200 columns look more like the 240 column. Beside that, look for knock here and there but I think it will be okay.

Seems decent but it would help to know what loads you're hitting. Your peak torque timing might be a bit high for 91 oct depending on what load you're reaching.

Ok, I've attached a edited .xml file from a run this morning. I've cut out most of the cruising parts. All the pulls were in 3rd, 4th, or 5th.
I didn't get much knock except a 4th gear pull, and under 50% throttle at normal acceleration when the turbo was spooling up.
On the 4th gear pull that had bad knock, I had turned my boost up by 1 or 2psi to see how it would do and I saw leaner a/f on my wideband that what is recorded on my datalogger, and I also got studdering when I hit full boost. I turned it back down from 22psi to 21 and did several other pulls and it was fine.
Also, does the "AirVol" column look normal on the document? Those number are bouncing all over the place.
Thanks for the help.

I would back it down a hair up top.. Usually you want 7-7500 area at 15-17*.

ON another side up top your timing looks nice.
