Hey Everyone,
Wouldn't mind a little feedback on my tune.
Mods:
Perrin Intake
IX Turbo
CB ported turbine housing
CB ported exhaust manifold
CB ported Greddy O2 sensor housing
Megan Downpipe
Megan Resonated test pipe
HKS Sport exhaust
Walbro 255
ETS LICP
Turbosmart 18psi actuator
Synapse DV
I've had to pull a LOT of timing since it started warming up outside. I know the stock FMIC is holding me back from running any good boost, but I feel like I should be able to run more timing up top that I am. If I run more than 11 I knock.
Stock FMIC, Injectors, Cams
I was trying to run 23psi and taper to 21 at redline. I've turned it up a bit at peak to keep the timing trace steady. It was also a tad cooler out last night, so boost was just a tad higher. I don't have any correction on.
(Sorry for potato quality)

What fuel? Seems about right for 91 octane..

I did forget to mention that I have Supertech valves on the car. I doubt that makes much of a difference.
Compression is good across the board, but I need to do a boost leak test soon. I haven't done one since I put the IX turbo on.
I'm logging AFR through the rear O2 (AEM UEGO) and have read that sometimes the readings can be a bit off. I'm considering going with an innovate for better accuracy. I also bought my injectors used. I have no reason to believe that they are bad, but I'd like to either have them cleaned and tested or just go with some 1050s for some breathing room as I'd like to step up to a 71HTA or Green after I wear this turbo out.

Is there a rule of thumb for timing changes based on boost (stock like turbo). I have a BBK and recently built the bottom end. I used to limit limit boost to 30 psi but now I'm quite certain I could run it up to 35psi to further broaden the curve. If I'm at 3 to 4 degrees at 30psi what should I dual in the timing for a 5psi bump?

BBK what? The full isn't design for 30psi+...

Well, yea, you can spike it for torque, its not going to hold it though. I also remember reading A CBRD post somewhere where chad was saying that the full isn't designed to be used above 30psi, which is why they came out with the 3B. So, yes, it will do it, but its just not as efficient at the higher pressures..

I read the entire thread but didn't find an answer for this one.
I had a 450whp E85 tune on my 9 with BBK. But my neighbors threatened to call the PD because my exhaust is simply too loud. That combined with a bunch of other car related non-sense I decided to put my full stock exhaust without the cat back on the car.
I know I will have to modify my WDC to reset boost to 30psi and my load map will change due to more restrictive exhaust but should I still aim for the normal timing map of 3* at peak load and 17* at redline? With the BBK I should be able to hold 30psi from 3600-8000.
If I'm way off track please set me straight as I appreciate all of your feedback.

This is what I'm running currently with boost turned down to 22psi but I'd like to ramp it back up to 30psi. Maybe shoot for 1* at peak torque and 15* at 7k ?
