Load is precieved about 10% lower because I modified the MAF (more volume outside the metered area).
The timing is probably very close to -2* late of MBT. Fuel is Methanol and pump gas at a ratio of about 2:3 ( burns extreemly fast). And boost is 30 to 28 at redline.

This map is what I have on my Evo IX GSR now with:
Greddy EBC @ 21psi and TBE.
I have just added:
ETS Intake & LICP
Walbro 255
PTE880's
Kelford 272's
The car seems okay, but I am a little afraid to go WOT because of fuel issues that I am working out. In the meantime, can anyone offer advice on what modifications will need to be made to my timing map? It looks pretty aggressive to me, are these typically tuned down with the addition of larger cams? Thanks

so this is where i am now. does it look safe enough? evo 9 stock turbo, tbe, perrin intake, mbc at 23psi, ets fmic/licp. just trying to clean up the PO's tune (smoohting basically, no peak values changed. i finally fixed my wideband i think so i may be able to do some pulls one day soon on the old map. can i up the block of 5's in the upper left to make a logical transition down to the values at the 40-90 load range?
i just realized the 3d map is after i changed a couple cells in the 0-1500 rpm range very low load to get rid of a weird spike, think i made one other tiny change somewhere too...
im scared to try the map lol, but when it was 60 degrees yesterday you could see the car making boost on the gauge, and struggling to go anywhere with it.

Map looks decent to me, it could possibly be a little bit smoother but it definitely looks like a solid start.
Why are you scared to run the map? Did you make lots of changes? If that's the case, start out with smaller changes and work your way up as you get more comfortable with your car and your tuning abilities/knowledge.

no, no huge changes (original map is a page or 2 back). it had jumps all over the place and logs were showing it struggling timing wise and bouncing all over, which i think is what was causing my 2-3 knock counts.
the map on the car was some horrible combo of stock and "tuned" that made no sense.
i guess im just nervous since its the first time im truly making changes, so i have no feeling for how the care may/should react. guess i gotta just trust the knock sensor eh?

Thanks, I missed that in cleaning it up. What should I do about the block of 5's in the upper left? What are the timing limits of stock cams at idle? The car is actually kinda rough to get going from a start (maybe incresed timing will help?)

Honestly, I've always kinda wondered about that myself. Most tuned maps that I've seen look like that in the upper left... I know mine does. I'm not sure why, maybe someone else can chime in and shed some light. I'm guessing it has something to do with smoothing the idle and preventing knock on cold starts. Either way, I wouldn't worry about it. Like I said, it seems like a lot of maps look very similar.

Also, If you have egr functioning, it might be of benefit to put the 38* back in there to maintain cruise efficiency since gas prices are back up.
