can the standard ecu be patched to support wideband lambda?
sorry if this has been done before.
was wondering if a narrowband simulator modifying the output of the lambda sensor so that the standard lambda input can read it, can be used along with some clever patching to allow the standard ecu to support potentially closed loop wideband lambda.
Failing that, can one of the loggers be used so that it need only connect via the obd2 port yet is still able to read the narrow band signal and interpret it to output the correctly measured lambda? or do they do this already?
forgive me if this has been asked before.
