Sorted out the issue - I'd forgotten to put a register on the stack in an interrupt before I used it LOL.
I've also settled on 38400 baud as my personal baud rate as it is the highest that the Pocket PC, PC and ECU can all do at a single baud rate. ECU and PC can do 62500, Pocket PC can't. ECU can't do 57600 with any accuracy.
