You gas mileage does suck tho.
Put a bigger turbo on. I get mid twenties if I stay out of the happy pedal.
I mean... you COULD have to deal with Cali 91 rat **** gas...
lol!

I'd be all kinds of happy with the "contains up to 10% ethanol" gas if it also had a "up to 10% less" price. The fact that you're paying the same, if not more, for less of a product (average consumer who isn't worried abour performance as much as they are MPG) is rather disturbing.
It's one of the reasons I hate Illinois and all their stupid laws and ways to tax people.

FYI too, I heard through the grapevine that the Walmart next to Sams Club sells E85 too. I am going to be converting my car over sometime in the near future. Suck that we will be limited to only two gas stations though.
Steve, you should stop by and check out my new radiator set-up soon. My radiator finally let go in it's entirety, and blew a nickel sized hole in it. Replaced it with a Koyo Evo 6 Radiator. Looks seriously nice!

Sorry it took so long.
I also have Hillbilly adjustable cam gears coming when I get the time Dowel holes on intake side gear will will be pre-drilled 1 and 2 degrees retard resp, and 1, 2 deg adv for exhaust. Running high boost with non-mivec and stock turbo so reversion is happining (high rpm - bad). I feel the decrease in overlap may help up top a little.

Also if someones wondering why this happens:
Your 12.5 tune gives you 12.5 when you use regular fuel which has 14.7 stoich ratio.
The "gasohol"(oxygenated fuel) has approx 14.7x90%+9.8x10% = ~ 14 stoich.
So 12.5/14 = ~0.9 is the actual lambda you are now running with your tune.
And 0.9 x 14.7 = 13.23 is what the WB shows.
And while it's not the real afr (cause the wideband has 14.7 multiplier) , your lambda of ~0.9 is leaner than your desired 0.85

The wideband measures in lambda, then multiplies by 14.7. Lambda is the important variable, not actual AFR, as far as the health of your motor goes. Therefore, if I treat whatever it measures like normal AFR readings whether I'm running gasohol or real fuel, I should be ok, right?
I have a test pipe and a pair of spark plug non-foulers that say otherwise...

Let me see if I understand this correctly...

Actually let me rephrase that a bit, since you run regular gas - yes treat whatever it measures like real AFR. So if you are tuned for 11.5 and all of a sudden you see 12, retune it so that you see 11.5 again.
