yes sir I did. seems like it was shooting for the alternate target load, but ecu pulled back the boost since it was over the standard target load crazy huh?

I downloaded 5.1 again, made all the changes and reflashed it but havnt had the time to try it yet. kind of hard to sneak out with family in town LOL

ok so I manage to sneak away. something is up with my evoscan. since in my standard map it still show 19.8 for load error even though load was on target. well I setup the patch for ICS enable alt map and boom 28 psi HELL Yeah. then I tried adc alt map and its still 21 psi.

if I have time tomorrow I will check to make sure the connector on the ecu is secured as well as the prong. power seem to be ok since the led comes on but I am sure there is no voltage going to the ADC input. I will also check the adc input with a multi meter.

just log MUT83 it's ADC0F input.

0 = 0v, 255 = 5v

ok everything works fine ICS and ADC input. I have my ADC input wired up to a pressure switch for my meth. I remove the two terminals off the pressure switch connected them together, to transfer my alt map using the ADC input. Went out do a few pulls and yes 28 psi.

So I have to keep playing around with the pressure switch and the ADC setting in ecuflash (i have tried alot already). Even if I set my transfer to alt map to 10ms, still seems to take a few seconds to transfer. Example if I do a pull using the pressure switch to active the adc input (LED comes on around 8-9psi letting me know its transfering to alt map), I get my standard map until about 45-5k then my alt map boost, timing, fuel kicks in.

which LED? the ICS LED? yeah that will take a few seconds to start flashing but you should be on altmaps withing that 10ms (unless your endian is ****ed up!)

log 0xFFFF8425, 0 = normal maps, 3 = altmaps!

What exactly does the o2 simulator patch do? Does it make it so I can take off the mechanical spark plug defouler fix or am I able to remove the sensor all together?

it just simulates a normal sensors input to the ECU!

if you want to remove the sensor entirely then you will NEED todo the resistor mod!

Gotcha! Atleast now I can remove my mechanical o2 fix thats making the sensor extend all the way to the side of the car and vibrating on the side rail.

So you put the pressure switch inline between the +12v source and the +12v input going to the harness I assume? Ideally you'll want it spliced inline betweent he switch and the +12v source so you can still shut down the alt map option by keeping the switch in the off position.

yes sir thats the way I have it hooked up. my pressure switch is located after my water solenoid, so no flow = no volts. I just remove the 2 way switch supplied in your harness, and ran those leads to the pressure switch. the only thing the PS can not monitor is high pressure (clogged nozzle) never came in contact with one before. But I am looking to piece together my own control unit using a flow sensor here in the near future.

after logging 0xffff8425 found out that anything below 20ms for time to switch to alt map that it stays in the alt map no matter what you do. So I ended up setting it to 20ms but havnt taken it out yet using it with the meth.

Thats interesting, I'll have to check that out on my car once I put it back together.

B, what do you mean? when you set the switching time below 20ms what happens?
