You still need to get your fuel trims closer to 0 first. You're certain the ECU is going into closed loop??? Thats an insane amount of fuel going into your car so something is definitely up. Put a catch can on the end of your exhaust tip so maybe you can recover some of this raw fuel pouring out of the exhaust,lol.
Logically there is only two factors that would make this additional fuel happen in closed loop, in my opinion:
After the ECU sees that the closed loop settings are pegged fuel rich or fuel lean for so long, the ECU will consider the NB O2 sensor to be faulty and switch to the open loop tables. Thats why I asked if you are certain its in closed loop during most of these issues.

- The ECU thinks there is WAYYY more air going into the engine than there really is.
- The ECU thinks there is a MUCH smaller fuel injector installed than there really is.

Well, your fuel trims should be pegged in the negatives trying to fix your overly rich condition so there is something wrong there. Also, you need the car to idle for over 20 minutes before the ECU will adjust your fuel trims and with your issue...thats a whole lot of gas and you could be flooding the cylinder walls too so be careful.

Are you using the old style buschur intake that bolts straight to the MAF or the new style that uses and adapter that bolts to the MAF?
The old style needs no changes to the MAF scaling. It works fine bolting straight on.
However, if you also have the buschur hard intake pipe and not stock, then all bets are off.
I personally wouldn't use the HKS RS scaling as that will throw everything off as well. The HKS intake screws with the MAF big time and the old style BR filter does not.
Which injectors are these?
I also take it you are seeing the 02 voltage swing correctly right? You plugged back in the 02 sensor harness after you installed the cams right?

I plugged in everything after installing the engine. I do have the Buschur hardpipe. Right now, I got it to idle ok. It turned out that my intercooler pipe blew off to make it run really rich. Anyways, I already changed the maf scaling back to stock. It idles ok now but when I'm on the gas, even just a little bit, AFR's swing very lean where my wideband isn't able to read anymore and the engine hesitates. What do I need to do to fix this? Adjust latency voltage for the injectors? But I already had my injectors dialed in by a local tuner. What else? It's frustrating me. I've already scheduled Friday for a drivability tune at one of the local tuner's shop but until then, I can try to make it work so I won't have to go. Help? LOL

Yeah it would but I don't know how to and I don't understand any of the write-ups I've read on this forum. It needs to be in "retard" language for me. LOL
Although I did take a look at my scan tool, the long term was -21% and the short terms hovered around -7 to -12%. This was at cruising speeds. What should do? Up latencies or something else?
