So how do you know your injectors where properly scaled at one point? Just that they told you?

from those scan tool numbers, they don't look scaled correctly and running way too rich as negative numbers mean the ECU is trying to take out fuel to get stoic.

Download Mitsulogger, log mid/low/high trims / 02 feedback

Are the 750cc's RC's?

Post your current injector scaling and injector latency table

Latency Voltages
4.6875
7.03125
9.375
11.7188
14.0625
16.4062
18.6768

MS
4.6875
7.03125
9.375
11.7188
14.0625
16.4062
18.6768

Scaling = 650

Those are the numbers the local tuner put in for me. He scaled it to about 4%. But that was with the old BuddyClub cams and a stock airbox, I now have GSC S2 and a Buschur full intake plus 1mm oversize valves.

The Works diverter valve that I have Kind of flutters during part throttle. Reason why? I don't know. I do know that I have it hooked up right.

I keep thinking it might be because ofa vacuum leak, but I checked twice and I can't find a vacuum leak anywhere at all.

You listed voltages for both, what is in the MS side?

Oh woops!

Here they are...

2.712
2.208
1.512
1.008
0.744
0.480
0.312

They were perfect with the cams I had before and the stock airbox. They are about 10% off now with the new cams, 1mm oversize valves and Buschur intake w/hardpipe.

I fixed the lean under load issue. I put in the factory timing and fuel maps in and they took care of it! Before, I was running my tune on 92 octane from last summer. That said, the idle is still mixed up. It swings super lean then super rich. When I come to a stop, it swings super rich (10:1 and below) and wants to stall. The only thing I need to fix now then it would be perfect for driving for break-in until I get a full drivability and WOT tune.

I take it you have the buschur intake pipe that doesn't have the nipple for the valve cover breather hose right?

That is also going to sway your fuel trims.

Since you are running pretty rich with the new mods I would start taking some latency out and possibly bumping the scaling up a tad.

You really need to log your full range of fuel trims to make sure though. And watch your wideband at WOT as it will skew your current fuel map.

In a nutshell, if the trims are negative, you want to reduce latency, if they are positive, you want to add latency.

if they are RC 750's, 650 scaling is pretty close but you might need to bump it up a tad with the intake pipe.

The BR intake pipe really screws with the MAF. You could save yourself some headaches and put the stock intake tube back on.

Yeah, I was thinking about putting the stock pipe back on and then put the Buschur hardpipe on when I go for a tune. I will try the stock pipe and see if it fixes my problem!

Everything FIXED with the stock pipe! I will take it in for a tune with the hard-pipe.

Nice. I think even BR says not to use that pipe with the stock MAF.

Here from his site:

"PLEASE NOTE: We do not recommend this pipe unless you're running a speed density setup. If you chose to use this be warned some stalling issues may occur. We understand that if you're running a larger turbo this pipe would be a must."

Well, I guess it is so. I'll throw it in when I go for a tune. Thanks for your help and everyone else's.
