My question was more along the lines of adding even more latency to the lower voltages to add much more fuel during cranking (if that actually is how it works).
When I say cold start, I mean below 0 cold starting, during the winter months.
The biggest complaint with E85 is the cold start issues (cold weather start) and I was wondering if simply bumping the lower voltage latencies even more would help that. According to erisohi, that is what he did and it worked great. I'm just curious how much he increased the lower voltage latencies.

Yeah, my car isn't the best case to work this out on seeing as the lowest it got here this winter was around high 30's..

One of the things that I did with my latencies when changing to 1050's was to take the stock latences and graph them out in Excel. What you will see is that the latency values produce a nice gentle curve. When I tuned my 1050 latencies, I made another graphed line on that same graph to represent the new tuned latencies, and got the slope/shape of the line to mimick the stock curve, only at a higher level. It has worked great...
If you take my latencies and the stock latencies, graph them out, you will see exactly what I mean..

Take a minute, graph them out, and you will see what I mean.

The tune isn't final yet & I still sometimes see a tiny bit of surging if I need to drive before letting the car warm up a bit. I suspect that will be able to be cured by tweaking the 16v & 18v latencies or eventually working on the cold idle fueling stuff. My car seems to log very high voltages right after start-up.

It jumps to around 15v during warm-up but only right after a cold start for a bit. I don't want to move the 14v point so I need to change the curve as it extends upwards, that's all. Oh - I should also mention the current 7v & 9v settings haven't been tested in severely cold weather - the latencies may need to be increased some.

Oh I know it has graphing built in, but lets see you do that with two latency tables, at the same time.
I use excel because I can almost get Excel to make my toast in the morning. Almost, haven't quite finished the macro just yet..

FYI, using Jack's method (here https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/sh...87&postcount=9 ) got me incredibly close to where I should have been... but slightly leaner than safe for what my tuner wanted.
AFR for E85 at WOT is closer to what mrfred has said here: https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/sh...5&postcount=23 as far as I can tell... and tuning for 12:1 seems to be the best compromise between efficiency and power.

I'm a huge fan of E85 because there is a station less than three miles from my house and the $1.50/gallon price can't be beat. My plan is more than likely going to include the stock turbo for the winter months and then either the Green or one of the new BBK Lite/Full turbos as I don't want to have to buy a double pumper which the FP Red requires on E85. Would you recommend 1000/1200cc knowing what the ultimate objective is? Thanks.
