I had it enabled on my car for a while and couldn't make it work that way it's claimed. All it really did for me was ensure I had no idea what to expect from the fueling every time I got into boost, which frustrated me so I disabled it again.
I still like the idea of it, but I couldn't deal with the weird AFRs creating random knocks if I wasn't doing a full drag run.

I've been playing with LS a bit and I think the key to getting some benefit out of the feature is to really reduce how much of a change it makes to fueling. The stock settings are a bit extreme, I only let it adjust fueling by a couple tenths of a point. I'd post more but I'm still playing with it.
