Exclamation IX running rich, changes to fuel table not working

Wondering if you guys can help us out. I'm getting tuned on the dyno right now, and we can't seem to figure out why the car is running so rich, specifically running in the 9s almost everywhere. We've tried taking fuel out and it doesn't seem to resond. Mods on the car (IX) are full TBE w/TP, intake, fmic, and custom o2 dump. We've never run into this problem before. Any help would be tremendous.

Oh, and it will be difficult to give you logs because the car doesn't even want to rev.

have you checked for boost leaks? Does the car run with the stock map? Your mods shouldn't require any changes that would cause major fueling issues.

It's running rich on the stock map. We'll re-check the front o2. It also has a new Wally 255

how much fuel have you tried taking out. i.e. what does the map say for AFR where you are seeing "9s"?

Does it start in open loop or closed loop? You said you cant get it to rev so i assume it is everywhere. I would check the O2 sensor like mentioned or you may have a massive boost leak.

starts in open-loop. Front o2 seems to be fine. No codes or anything.

Looking at the dyno, the a/fs drop as soon as the car gets into boost
