yeah, i'm running decent.....threw a P0011 CEL today though. Thats a lot of fun. I hear its common with IXs when you change the cams. Either that or the cam sensor wasn't put in right.

EDM EVO 9 and JDM MAP sensor.
Hi
EDM EVO 9 use the MAF sensor and the IM has not been mashined to mount the MAP sensor. The IM has to be mashined before you can make the fysical monuting of a JDM MAP sensor.
Depending on how your hands and garage tools are it should be poisbel to make the IM ready for a JDM MAP sensor but you will need to drill hols, cut threads and that kind of work.
Personaly I would prefere to do this job on a dismounted IM, but ofcuse some will feel that removing the trottle house and place a place cloth to catch the drill shavings is sufficient to do this mod.
Depending on your plan of using the MAP sensor you will have to make some modifications in the ECU to connect the wires and change the program to use the readings form the "new" sensor.
To satisfy my needs (so fare) I just need to make data logging of MAP via. the ECU.
Maybe I will choose an externaly mounted MAP sensor.
