A quick question regarding the spray on knock feature, As i understand there are already routines within the rom to spray the intercooler when certain parameters are met such as above 3500rpm, load above 50 and so on, so does this feature eliminate the ic settings within misc area in ecuflash or is it completely seperate?

its completley seperate

however you must have autoics ON for it to work.

also be pretty conservative with the values (like 2 knock and 200 load) because otherwise you will empty your tank real quick

 

Cheers On another note im having a little trouble logging in 2byte and 1byte, Im using evoscan 2.4 and when i try to log 2byte load it reads in the 2000's at idle and 1 byte reads 0 im pretty sure its not evoscan as if i flash my car back with my original rom that is modded for 2byte it reads perfectly, heres a screenshot of the MUT table in the 96260009 Tephra rom,Do the entries look correct for 2byte?

 

for some reason your MUT41 isn't setup properly..

just change it to 0x840B

then 1byte should work ...

dont need to worry bout 2 byte then

 

Cheers 1Byte load is now working Would it be worth adding a fix so other users can log in 1Byte?

 

tephra mine 1byte is also reading 0, 2 byte works fine tho.
i added ur definition into evoscan xml and i can see it but it reads 0.

yes look at the "2byte" thread by Jack_of_trades, that will have the table and 88570008 location for MUT_TABLE...

 

Is there anyway that i can use the immobiliser code? Im using the 96260009 (JDM 8 MR) rom and was originally on 93660005 (JDM 8) i have had to disable the immobiliser for this rom to work in my car and was wondering if its at all possible to use this feature of the rom again or does the immobilser only work when your using the original rom that was intended for the ecu?

 

Look in the thread that is called something like '96530006 works on 96940011'

last couple of pages is a pheriphy bit which you can copy from your 93660005 ROM to the 96260009 rom

then try and enable the immobiliser again

 

K, hope this isn't a repost, but I've been searching the forums for hours and can't find the answer. BTW - v5.10 94170015 works great!

?: There seems to be 4 ICS Lamp "Modes", correct me if the following is incorrect:

ICS Lamp Off - AutoSpray Disabled and Running Primary Maps
ICS Lamp Constant On - AutoSpray Enabled and Running Primary Maps
ICS Lamp Flashing (Duty Cycle - ~90% on, 10% off) - AutoSpray Enabled and Running AltMaps ?
ICS Lamp Flashing (Duty Cycle - ~10% on, 90% off) - AutoSpray Disabled and Running AltMaps ?

Is this correct? Or what is the difference between the two flashing modes?

Thanks for the info regarding the immobiliser i read the thread you pointed me to and i added the periphery7 to my roms, im a little confused though should i make all the values the same or just the top one, heres a screenshot of the tephra 96260009 (left) compared to my stock 93660005 (right)
