Smoothing your tune with graphing

Well I don't think too many "others" have used it. And when they did they must have only had the VIII's 19 rows. [shrug]
Ok so ... I will add two more rows. Can you tell me, are all your first 19 the same as the VIII's? Doesn't really matter so much as I'm just curious.
mmmm this will change things a tad in how I do the averaging on the edg cells. I'll have to have a check box to ignore those cells for the VIII owners otherwise it will risk averaging in a zero. [sigh]

Yes but the REAL question is can you count to 21 with your pant on?
Ok so ... it looks like I have my work cut out for me.
So to be sure, right now the IX has 20 columns in the fuel map and 21 in the timing? or is it actually 21 and 21?
As for those VIII's that show load out to 300 what they are doing is cannibalizing the lower rows, shifting the map over, and then changing the last rows to represent 300. Much like people change the RPM points for the WGDC map these folks are changing the load points in their fuel and timing maps. Makes sense too since a few load points down low are nearly copies of each other so why keep it.
It might just be easier to have two tabs for each table size since the logic to turn on and off those last two rows will just get annoying. though I can think of a work around, for now, so I can add the rows and not screw it up for VIII owners while I work on v3 which is really going to be a big design change with the new multi-pass smoothing. Cause if Lefty up there needed 12 iterations (I question the actual need and rsult but to each their own) then I'm gonna really need to kick it up a notch.

because they have more load cells than the VIII. OTherwise they are the same. But I suppose, if the RSII has that many cells too than it is for that. So ... not VI only but "21 load cell version"

This looks Awesome, and I would really love to utilize this, but Im having an issue w/ my MS Office and Excell. I can log, but can NOT save, edit or use any of the functions... I am stumped as to what is wrong... I recently purchased my first laptop, had a buddy install MS Office, but wasnt a valid copy, so I had my GF use the Business disc (which I know for a fact id valid) and still no go... any ideas???
Obvioulsy Im a newb to comps. and in need of a lil assistance...
TIA

As afaik only the evo IX has 21 load cells.
I use an evo 7 ecu anyhow so it doesn't matter to me, but as there is no way to write to an Evo VI ecu with ecuflash at the moment, I didn't think anyone would be trying to smooth maps for an Evo VI.

I agree on the tabs. Separate tabs for the VIII and the IX would be much easier to implement and cleaner in appearance as well...me thinks.
(Did you write VI when you meant IX?)
