I agree. The knock sensor is not working, probably wasnt working 100% beforehand but if its off now the car is in limp mode (as indicated by the P0325).
The P0403 isnt helping the situation and needs resolved.
The 137 is a cat code
...and you have to separate codes for crank sensor issues.
There are alot more problems here than 8-9 counts to be perfectly honest. I would get everything working again first, make sure the knock sensor is hooked up and operating correctly, delete the EGR code via ECUflash encoding or hook the solenoid back up momentarily, and fix the crank sensor.
Then we can help with the knock of 8-9 counts

When chasing a phantom knock car in the past, we had run a number of tests on it. It will drop octane count to 0 automatically and lock the knock counts at the numbers being mentioned when there is no knock sensor signal.

so i did some more tests and figured out its only goin into limp mode when over 3psi soo meaning when i boost its goin crazy... we were thinking either maf or map but they numbers look right... but barometer is what i couldnt figure out... it droped when i boosted... originally at 99 n boost its at 95 is that right??
