tactrix cable is not supported as per the website. only the EvoScan OpenPort 1.3U and EvoScan OpenPort 1.3R cables are supported for read/flash ECU. and only specific ecu's are supported. All this information is available on my website at the webpage: http://www.evoscan.com/free-ecu-rom-downloads

Bought a 1.3U cable since it seems it allows me to do everything with the GPS unit (including clearing codes). I'll be posting my Tactrix for sale very soon.

no, removing all unselected items from the saved logs does not make sense.
EvoScan is unique, in that it allows the user to tick and untick items during logging.
This means the log file can not ahead of time predict the users actions for items to be logged. hence all columns are present.
I could add an option to the EvoScan Logging menu that when ticked, will post-process any log file, and removes all blank columns if you want? It will consume more I/O, battery and cpu to do this after each time you press stop datalogger.

would be useful as when I view the csv files I have to hide all of the empty items, although I guess I could rearrange the items so the ones I want are at the top of the list so appear at the begining of the csv file
