Let me know if you want anything fixed up with the new v2.9 release, and I'll be able to send new patches via the EvoScan "check for updates".

Thanks to all the beta testers that worked hard on this release. some even provided up to 20+ pages of screenshots

Question

Two questions:
1) Why are "move up" and "move down" buttons missing in EvoScan Edit Data Settings?
2) Will be OP2.0 supported for reflash later?

P.S. Never mind about the first one, ctrl+up/down is very convenient!

1) Dolphin, have a read of all the tips at startup. it is mentioned in there some other cool method of moving the data items up and down.

2) yeah I can look into op2 reflash support for you. never really considered it because 1.3U cables are cheaper and faster for Evo7/8/9 reflashing.

Good spotting. not sure where I put that one just add a new data item and put in the LogReference field "ZTXUser2" and it will work. Send me a support call if you can't get it working.

What can I say... drag 'n drop method is awesome!

I really need OP2.0 support, I thought it will be implemended by default What do you need from me to make that support?

P.S. Donation sent

firstly thanks for the donation, much appreciated
It most certainly does have op2 support for datalogging.
if you want op2 support for reflashing we use ecuflash.

There is a huge variance of supported cables and vehicles to list on here. Use this matrix to determine supported vehicles and cables:

I use it as well, but I really need OP2.0 reflash support in EvoScan. Can you do it for me? I'm tired to switch between two programs for years... I hope sooner or later there will be such possibility.
P.S. I had 1.3U several years ago, as soos as OP2.0 production started, I have sold 1.3U and bought 2.0. I want to use one op interface and one software, it's inconvenient to use severalsoftware or cables.

Add this to your Documents\EvoScan v2.9\DataSettings\ xml file
Code:
<DataListItem DataLog="N" Color="" Display="ZTX User2" LogReference="ZTXUser2" RequestID="ZTX" Eval="x" Unit="units" MetricEval="" MetricUnit="" ResponseBytes="1" GaugeMin="0" GaugeMax="255" ChartMin="0" ChartMax="255" ScalingFactor="1" Notes="" Priority="1" Visible="False" />
And to use ZTXUser2 ensure you tick the "Zeitronix ZT2/ZT3 2010 Model" selected from the EvoScan wideband menu.

If I had an Evo8 I would just use a 1.3U cable, it is supported by more software, and has more features for Evo8. Sell your op2 and get a 1.3u
