I havent started tuning hard with mine yet this spring. But Ive used your tool to rescale from some logs a while back and it seems to work pretty good. Upping the boost a little afer my new dv comes in, Ill surely be testing it then, and hopefully re-scaling again

Thanks.

Keep other tables in mind other than what are listed here when you re-scale:

https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/7038290-post28.html

Also, pay attention to how things are being re-scaled... remember this sheet is quicker than you, but not as smart as you. For instance, it may subtract more timing than you want in edge cells, and it won't see things in the EGR advance tables where 10 and 20 load are the same value, 30 and 40 load are a much higher/lower different value, but you are having it try to interpolate between 10 and 40 load. It can't smooth the center of that as well, because, well... it isn't smooth to start with!

I am happy to see that this XLS finally helps some of you!
Remember it's only an approach file to start with something logic but you will need to adjust cells by yourself... As fostytou said, "this sheet is quicker than you, but not as smart as you"
Anyway, if some of you wants to help with concrete feedback, it time to do it cause I am about to work and publish a new version with new features soon!
Cheers,

Awesome thanks for this!

I used the used the ignition tables in the "Original maps" sheet to do my fuel map scaling. Using the fuel tables seemed to scale the top left corner closer on both axis.. ignition came out looking great. Thanks again.

Bumping this, I'm not sure what needs to be done to make it work with the new cells in the big maps, but I'm guessing not much. I'll see if I can dig in tomorrow.

It might be good to do this to the big map before release so values are at least consistent.

OK, I actually went ahead and started on it. It scaled well to the right for load, but didn't do anything for RPM. Need more time in the day!

If someone gets RPM working please send it to me so I can host...

Here is a hosted version with the proper extension:
http://thefrost.net/randomfiles/tuni...or.Tephra.xlsx

Please note that I changed the axes in the big map because there wasn't any 0 column (removed 5250 and added 0). I know that it would interpret 500 the same as 0, but I figured there was a reason it was there.

Hi Vigman!
I started to re-do your sheet with a new tab for RPM here:
http://thefrost.net/randomfiles/tuni...P_Fostytou.xls

I'm still having trouble with the equations. I understand each function, but trying to parse it all out has been difficult. If you could update the sheet now that v7 is out for our rom that would be very helpful.

Thanks!

I did not try V7 already so I can't tell you how precise it is but it should be safe...
Hope it will helps!
