TephraMOD V6 - testing!

Tephra,
I seem to have direct boost mod working properly on pump gas, still testing out other features, but one that is not working for me is alt maps. I logged Mut83 and get numbers in the 210-220 range, which is normal. I have my trip-point set at 3.01v (stock) and I have the ModOption for Alt Maps set to 1 (ACD0F). I have not tested for timing or AFR map changes, because the most obvious one to watch for me is WGDC and boost. It seems to just stay on my pump gas settings (base map).
Is there something I'm missing, or something I can check to see what is going on? If I load my v5 rom, it works as it always did.

Did you actually change MUT83 or just log it?

I just logged Mut83. I didn't change it to that value (although it could be already?). It showed 0 with my alky kit off, and 200+ with it flipped on. On my old rom, this switched me to the alt maps.
Does the link above do anything besides scale the 0-255 values into voltage? Does logging the Mut00 value actually verify that it is on the various base or alt maps?

Ok, following the advice above changing Mut00 to 0x8425 and logging it, it stays at zero no matter what I do. I do see voltage change from 0 to 4.x volts, so I know that's working. If I change Mut83 to 0x6B0D kinda breaks both of those don't do anything when I toggle my alky on/off.
Comparing my mut table to the one included in the rom from tephra, I see the following are different. Any of these ring a bell on what might be causing my issue? I'm sure they've been change for various mods along the way, I have evoX map sensor, direct boost, and I'm sure a few other of the common mods done.

This is as-set in my rom:
I was foolish and not tracking the changes I had made at the time, so I had to spend alot of time going back through and trying to figure out what things were.
On a similar topic... not understanding how the ECU works in this case. Are the MUT locations actually used internally for calculations in the ECU or are they only for output/logging. IE: If I changed MUT 40 to something other than RPM/Speed would it break that functionality?
