Is there any rough estimate when the final version will be released 88590015 --> 88590615
After reading this, I see most that have tested it have had great results but I just want to make sure it's completely tested.
Thanks

I am going to skip V6 and go straight to V7.

I am just waiting for ppl to test 96530006 V7T6 (a few pages back) and then I can release other ROMID's

You were 50% throttle with the clutch partially engaged and not launching? why? I'd say this is probably more related to tune but I could be wrong.
Standard boost maps since I can't touch boost settings per the class I race in. Besides the issue was not there on 94170015 v5.1 ROM, only the 96530706 ROM. When I switched back to 15 ROM boost was back to normal.

I probably wasn't 50% throttle, maybe 20 or 30ish or so and its not the tune as again it never happened on the 15 ROM, only the 96530706 ROM. I suspected that I may have accidentally engaged the launch map but, not sure.

The other odd thing is the PO446 code that I never got on 15 only on 0706

Oh and by the way, I answered my own question last night for those of you interested - to patch mrfred's SD 96530706 v7t5 all u need to do is copy and paste the .xml stuff . I patched it over to v7t6 last night and worked like a gem on one of my customer's cars (although the alternator took a poop - charging the electrical system to 18 volts )

That is for evap, which I believe 96530006 doesn't have. Just make sure it's disabled in the periphery bits (I think it should be by default in 96530006...maybe you changed it to match the original ROM?). For emissions purposes, if you want the readiness test to be OK, use Acamus's OBD patch.

Well, if you are not allowed to modify boost I'd be surprised you were allowed to modify anything else. I'd hate to say it, but they would probably have no way of knowing you had modified your boost.

If you don't want to (and shouldn't) break the rules you will have to just copy your settings to the 3d boost maps and make it the same across all gears. You could also just set it to recognize all gears as 1 gear and copy your values to that gear. In any case, if you want to use >=v6 you will HAVE to use the 3d boost maps. You may also want to disable the wgdc=100% before this load setting (by setting it to 0 or something) as this is also a modification to boost control.

In STU trim cars can do basic bolt-ons (ie. TBE, and inlet pipes/filters thats it, nothing after the turbo in the inlet tract) and a tune but, no boost modifications in the tune Yeah I don't want to break the rules regardless especially at the National level. In fact I was called upon once by Impound to check on another competitor's ROM settings as a fellow competitor had protested them but, no one knew how to confirm the protest. Everyone knew my capabilities so came looking for me (it turned out that the competitor being protested had adjusted his boost settings in his ROM ).

I didn't realize the 3d tables were active all the time (I haven't played around with ECU boost control... yet. I've always dumped the OEM system in favor of a MBC on customer cars but, I'm slowly reading up on it now given all the developments in that system).

Thanks. I didn't realize the EUDM cars didn't have the EVAP system

What are the conditions in which "launch timing" is active? 0 MPH wheel speed sensor and clutch switch engaged or just 0 speed?

96940011 worked on 96530006 but 96530706 is not working with 0058 hex and correct IMMOB code, even with IMMOB disabled. Is anyone with 96940011 using V7?

Have you tried downloading phenem's USDM specific 96530706 version yet - link - and see if that works?

I've used 96530706 v7t6 on 96940011 with success as well as patching mrfred's SD stuff into v7t6.

Nope, but I'll do that now.

Just got sidetracked though as the honeycomb just got sucked in on the dyno

FYI, that link is for V7T5, not the latest V7T6 with the fixes/changes mentioned by tephra.

Well then the V7T6 is not working with the 96940011 cars it seems.
