You renaming it was a temporary fix but I don't know what kind of other issues (maybe like you are having now) that it will present in the future. Upgrade to the latest version, copy in the provided XML and you should be good.

I am not knocking you are trying to be mean, but honestly this is testing and for people that really know their way around the ROM / XML enviornment. Based on your questions and some of the answers you are giving I can tell you really don't know your way around this type of testing. I would be very careful if I were you playing with other cars, other than your own. Honestly these types of questions are geared more towards when the final release is out. If you are still having trouble I would say to wait until the final release is out. Also I created a thread on modding a ROM / XML a long time ago, have you read through that? It explains a lot with screenshots and everything.

I can appreciate your comment, and understand where your coming from! I have not had much experience w/ other roms, but I have completely modded my own .xml and am comfortable pathing roms from scratch. This is a lil different, than just taking some1 elses "tephra"mod .xmls, and hope they work. The only thing was, I was un-aware that I needed to have the latest version of ecuflash for things to work! Now knowing this, I will upgrade when things have been finalized for the public. I was not gonna patch his rom w/ this, just gonna let him know that the finalized version will be out soon... And I also am just trying to catch up on info I skipped along the way.

I am not set up to take full advantage of all the options available on this new round, but as for the normal driving part of it. No problems. NLTS works, launch maps work, and continue to work, cel/knock works in both stages.

I'll mess with more when my GM BCS comes in. So far so good.

Why? He doesn't know what he is doing....

I just confirmed last night the switch over via TPS or AutoICS works and valet is disabled...as well as AutoICS and valet mode work.

Anyone getting PO1400 with 96530706? Just curious as I keep getting it on a previous 94170015 car that I converted.

Do you have the rear o2 sim active? If not, activate it.

Yeah I do have that active but, why is that related?? PO1400 is for the MDP sensor?? I've since killed it through peripheries though.

p01400? I thought P0140. I didn't think P01400 was a valid code.

If that's an MDP code, then you need to disable EGR from the periphery.

So far so good on v7t6; I've actually had an opportunity to properly test ADC0F (back on 93 octane for a couple of tanks, trying to get my E10 tune a little closer to where it should be), and switching appears to work as expected; I can also definitely confirm that it wasn't working on v7t5, even though I thought I'd tested that.

I'll try and give the rest of it a workout over the weekend.
