Sounds like there is something wrong with your computer or ECUFlash to have both not be able to open like that. My download link should be good to go. My FTP site is up and running without any issues that I am aware of. Try uninstalling ECUFlash then download the current version of ECUFlash 1.42 and install to a entirely new directory and download the ROM again, import the XML's and you should be set.

Not the computer because it was the same on 2 pcs. Turned out the I created a circular reference in the between the base xml and the mods xml. Figured it out and fixed. Thanks for the help.

You are click on something that someone quoted me on, be very careful with that kind of stuff in this thread, there are constant updates and edit of earlier posts.
The latest working version is v7t6 but the testers and I have been running the final version for a couple of weeks now. We are making sure SD, live map, and DMA work on the ROM and it will be released.

I had the updated version but you are correct I was picking up a wrong link when I tried a re-download to verify.
Quick question, when disabling the EGR did you disable the P0403 code? I get the code when with this ROM, only when I am doing a warm start and it doesn't fire initially.
Edit: I know FCA bit 15 can diable the code, just making sure there wasn't another method and disabling that bit won't kill something useful!

May want to add the following to the Emissions EGR portion of you xml. Just a thought.

Woohoo got 96530706 working on a JDM 8MR (previously had 96260009 v5.1).
I'm only using 1 boost solenoid as I upgraded to a MAC valves 3 port.
Needs ALL the periphery bits copied across from the old ROM, and also needs EGR disabled and EGR check disabled. I needed to copy all of Periphery 7 to make the immobiliser work.
96530706 is an excellent ROM, the low down response is excellent and so punchy!
There is also no throttle hang as well which is a bonus!
The 100% WGDC until whatever load is an excellent feature and makes the boost spool very fast.

I downloaded a copy of Tephramod v5.1 and this xml had a defnition for periphery 7 with the follwing values in a table.

I compared to my old ROM, and I copied that values over.
I copied every periphery value I could find over from my old ROM.
Car drives good, cold start is a bit rough, and one odd thing I've noticed is that my Long term low and mid fuel trims do not change at all. Low is at around -0.8 and mid is at +1.6. Any ideas?
I did check to ensure I haven't enabled full time open loop.

Tephra sent us a preliminary final v7 to test, we found issues so we are testing again. I just loaded the latest version this morning and so far everything has been working. Once we test all the features and verify everything I am sure Tephra will create a new thread and release it. Very soon 
We are testing so much because so many people have issues that they are causing by not following directions or not doing what the directions say to do, OR they really have no idea what they are doing and are in a testing thread trying to use it as a final version.

Ok i want to say this belongs in here but I just realized I seem to be hitting 379 load at only 28 - 30 psi of boost. I cant remember if this happened after switching from my old 9417 to the new one or not. My 1byte load modifier is 1.5 both in evoscan and in tephra. Any clue why this might be?
