No, it is really dependant on the rom. Some utilise the High trim, others do not, but there is nothing stopping you from dropping the numbers so that it does activate. Maybe mitsu decided that some vehicles were pretty well sorted and did not need the extra trim.
I double checked and the rpm adjustment is not related to fault conditions... mostly because the closed loop system disables when the MAF is in fault. I would have thought it would rely more on it due to being limp with another sensor, but it is not the case. The RPM adjustment remains an unknown.
On a side note, I am probably nearing the end of my development because I am shortly about to put my evo up for sale and move on. I need something a little more baby-friendly in the near future. So that means ... errkkkk.... getting an SUV.

96940011 is at 2ce5.
Yeah, I would not mind an Airtrek but we dont have them here. Only the 3.0L V6 Outlander models, and I have no brand loyalty. getting off topic I suppose.
There really isnt that much more to find with the Mitsubishi roms is there? Maybe some of the finer accel enrich controls.

The longterm low and mid fuel trim together affect on the wot afr ? Like If I set up the fuel for the same boost load after a battery reconnect when the ltft low and mid stay @ 0 and with the time the low will be +3% and the mid +1% than the ecu will correct the wot afr by +4% ( will be richer ) ? For example 11.5wot afr will be ~11.1 ? ofcourse lean spool is not working.

88580013, the MAF Hz map is at 3021. Be sure to re-read the first page because I had to rename the scale formula to avoid conflicts with some roms that already had the exact same scale name already.
My suggestion for anyone having trim issues is to set the first two setting so that they are at least 30Hz above what your normal idle Hz. eg. My car idles in the 30's but the default settings are 75, 62, 156, 143. I have zero problems with trims.

I will also try your settings, my car idles around 35 and the low trim doesn't seem right, like it's over-compensating and making my idle too rich.
edit: I found these settings elsewhere on this forum, my idle is near the 32Hz (low), while cruising on the highway (mid) I'm in the 200-300Hz range, and when I accelerate (high) I'm immediately above 300Hz, so they make sense to me
50
43.75
300
293.75
edit2: after analyzing recent highway cruising logs I changed to that, it should separate WOT from partial-throttle highway driving
75.0
62.5
400.0
387.5
