It does not have the correct data.xml. I think MrFred has posted the correct data.xml in this thread.

You need to disable all the CAN logging too in order to get the mode23 to go really fast. If you have any of the normal stuff being logged it gets pretty slow.

You can paste it right below the mode23 lines.

hey sic, is that directory different than the one on previous xml's for the aem wideband? I tried to data log with my homemade rs 232 cable and hyper terminal reads the signal perfect. but when i link it to evoscan (with hyper terminal closed) it freaks out. it freezes sometimes, or it will read the signal for 3 seconds or so and then it stops and flat lines. do you know what could be wrong?

I had the same problem and I was about to give up until Bryan @ GTS told me about the Keyspan USB adapter. I went thru 3 different adapters and it would do the same thing as you described. I bought the Keyspan and my problems disappeared.

mrfred, thanks for the updated USDM Data.xml! Most things worked except TPS was off - it was at around 70% when it should have been 0 IIRC. I switched that back to the old address from tephra and it worked fine.

Also, I'm still a bit confused by my results with MAT. With your latest address in the Data.xml, the temperature was around 130F, but went down as I did a WOT third gear pull. I thought this should go up? It seemed to go down like the MAF IAT, except MAF IAT was at about 100F going down towards 90F.

BTW, AFRMAP makes things a lot easier I have a very nice and smooth fuel map, but my actual wideband AFR jumps up and down a bit between 10.9 - 11.4 or so. Should I try to smooth this out some more?

if you can do a long enough pull you will see the MAT go up at the end.

initially the turbo doesn't get hot enough, and the increase in speed means the IC does a better job.

near the end of the pull the turbo is SUPER hot and the IC has started reaching its max efficiency, so the MAT will rise... Do a dyno run with a 100rpm ramp and you will see what I mean

mrfred, do you have the MUT addresses for these instead of the raw addresses. I'm having a hard time finding them for the JDM 52360018.

Thanks tephra! So what's a reasonable MAT? Is 130F too high for 75F ambient weather? I'm just worried I'm running the turbo out of its efficiency range, and would like some sort of sanity check.
