Hamish - I had a good idea for evoscan.

Why not query the ROMID (as a mode23 request) and then just load up the right XML/Dataitems list depending on that query.

Then users dont have to do anything except get latest version of evoscan and do the mode23 mod...

I actually had Hamish make it possible to select different EvoX models. What you need to do is seperate the EvoX into different names such as EVOX08J, EVOX09J, EVOX08U, etc. on the XML. Then on the pulldown you will be able to select which EVOX you would like to log. This way you wont have a huge list of categories to log which include JDM & USDM.

When you do this, make sure you have the word "EVOX" in the name since it picks up this word.

Glad it worked, and thanks for verifying with PCMScan that it's right. And thanks tephra for figuring out the address and scaling Just curious, have you logged airflow on a stock or close to stock car? What is the max lb/min you typically see?

Hamish, here is the formula for airflow on USDM GSR 52680018:

<DataListItem DataLog="N" Color="" Display="Mode23 Airflow" LogReference="Mode23Airflow" RequestID="238087e0" Eval="x*0.002646" Unit="lb/min" MetricEval="" MetricUnit="" ResponseBytes="2" GaugeMin="0" GaugeMax="50" ChartMin="0" ChartMax="50" ScalingFactor="1" Notes="" Priority="1" Visible="False" />

1) "Mode23 2008 JDM EVOX"
2) "Mode23 2009 JDM EVOX"
3) "Mode23 USA EVOX"

<DataListItem DataLog="N" Color="" Display="Mode23 Airflow 530400xx" LogReference="Mode23Airflow530400xx" RequestID="238087D8" Eval="x*0.002646" Unit="lb/min" MetricEval="x*2/100" MetricUnit="g/s" ResponseBytes="2" GaugeMin="0" GaugeMax="50" ChartMin="0" ChartMax="50" ScalingFactor="1" Notes="" Priority="1" Visible="False" />

I'm not sure about the others, but Mode23Airflow526800xx is the "Mode 23 USA Evo X".

On a stock untuned Evo X the airflow is 33 lb/min @ 7000 rpm. I have logged two stock ones so far and they are both @ 33 lb/min.
