However I could not find Mode23 for EDM in evoscan.

Someone was mentioning that I can use the Mode23 for JDM, is this ok for my Evo X EDM MR?

I know I have to get some help in another thread on enabling Mode23 for my (ROMID=53050006).

I have the same Rom (ROMID=53050006). Just enable mode23 on your ROM and when using Evoscan choose 2008 JDM.

I posted the new data.xml that corrected some EDM/JDM addresses & formulas. You can grab it here.

After looking at my logs from last night's trip to the dragstrip, I noticed something strange. My logged RPM's seem to be capped at 7968 for about 2.0 seconds where I was tickling the 8200-8300 rev limiter. Would I need to increase the RPM on the left edges of my tables for it to register RPM's above 8000? I'm thinking bumping that last rpm point to 8500 should do the trick but figured I would ask here.

1-byte RPM can record up to 7968 RPM. You'll need to log 2-byte RPM to see higher values.

Ah so simple! I haven't switched that logging item over yet, just a matter of juggling the XML file around a bit so when I review CSV Excel logs all the info is on the first page without having to scroll to the right.

Thanks!

There's no official support forum but Hamish himself comes here and answers questions about Evoscan. You should check out the Evoscan thread down below and post your questions/issues there.

Any idea what changes I need to make to enable mode23 for ROM ID: 52690021 ?

I am doing my faithful searches with no luck!

Not sure if this helps but I did notice this.

[22:18:34.105] 52680015 (92 tables) inheriting evo10base (101 tables)
[22:18:34.105] 52690021 (1 tables) inheriting 52680015 (101 tables)
