I have the logcfg.txt mostly setup and tested for standalone logging, however I can't find any examples with the ZT-2 parameters (via serial to 2.5mm jack).
UPDATE: I found the type=zt-2 parameters section in one of the files in the ECUFlash samples folder. However the logged values make no sense. Maybe Zeitronix changed something in the current version of the ZT-2...

59590004/5 help
I just recently upgraded from my 03 Evo 8 to a 2014 Evo X MR with SST.
Im still having some trouble and confused about a few exactly to do in order to get my car to log all the paramaters and how to correctly enable mode 23.
My ROM ID is 59590005 but inherits 59590004 so do i need to edit both of these xml files as stated in the "How to Mode 23..." thread over at evo ten forum, or just edit the 5959004 file thats being inherited.
Also I believe this is the right info posted by razorlab below that i need to enter into my .xml file correct?
Do i actually need to download and use the V1.1 application with the config.txt document, and if so what is the correct config.txt document for my rom id 59590005/4?
Ive already done several hours of reading and troubleshooting but theres very little info out there dealing with the 2013-2014 evo roms, and i cant get anything to work quite right. Any help is appreciated thanks!

2013-2014 is the same for USDM. Use the 59590004 address and XML

You need to enable Mode23 in your ROM by opening up that ROM and editing the Mode23 tables then flashing it back to the car.
*make sure the numbers in the table match the description before modifying them, if not, you could brick your ECU*

Ok so i just used increment on each of the values and it changed to enable, was it really that easy and its done correctly now?
I just want to be absolutely sure before i do flash it back to my ecu and "brick it" on accident.

Thanks so much!!! I think thats why i was so confused, everything now is made so easy for me since all you pros have spent so much time programming and writing code since the cars have been out for a while. Hence why i found so much detailed info on earlier methods that didnt apply to me, yet not on my current rom id, its been made easier over the years! thanks

im going to add to this giant thread, after the past week of trying to decipher whats going and getting a better understanding of ecuflash. i've got the handle of the basics of what to do.
my problem is with 58010005 (i actually have 58010006 but it wasnt listed so i inherited 58010005) and i am not getting access to everything. there are lots of options that are missing addresses and i have absolutely no idea on how to find them or fix the problem.
i've downloaded goldens xml's they change nothing. its the exact samething i got when i downloaded ecuflash which is the current version on the tactrix and evoscans website. im absolutely not flashing my car until i know this is straightened out.
like i said im at a loss here. i attached what i got from the car. thanks in advance to anyone who is willing to help.

Your eyes are about to roll so hard you gonna see the future. How do I flash 0006 in?
My guess would be change the identifier from 0005 to 0006 and flash it. Then when I pull it back from the ecu it'll be defined properly?
