Same problem here. Any advice on how to fix this?

In any case, thanks for this useful tool.

I'm holding off for now on making changes to VDR since Bbarnhill is creating a newer version of his own that is coming along quite nicely so far. If its going to take a long time I will repair the bugs in VDR 5.71 but I'm more interested in seeing what he can accomplish right now

Thanks for your answer.

By the way, here's a quick solution for now: create your own vehicle in the vehicle list, and put in the 3rd gear cell the 4th gear ratio... Obviously, remember that when you select 3rd gear then it calculates power/torque in 4th gear.

Yeah, so you guys know....you can MANUALLY add ANY vehicle specs to the list and create your own description name for it and it will appear in the vehicle dropdown list. Good way to get around any mistakes I have made for now, lol.

Here is where to do it, just select the VEHICLE LIST tab at the bottom of the screen and fill it out for the specs of your vehicle (no matter what it is). If this does in-fact get the Evo X guys by with the 4th gear issue, let me know. Thanks everyone for all of the support. I am definitely NOT a programmer at all and this was my first Excel experience everrrr using google and the HELP section in Excel lol.

Yes, this in particular is what I did for my X, putting the 4th gear ratio into the 3rd gear cell...

If you placed the standard 3rd and 4th gears in the manual list, does it still show up incorrectly in the comparison pull side?

Yes, still incorrect. That's why I had to put it in the 3rd gear cell.

Does anyone have a list of the cars with the gear ratios, final drive, frontal area, drag coeff, weight, for all the models you want to see in my program. I need some help putting in vehicles and if someone is willing to put the information into a file that I provide then that part of it will be done. Any takers?

Should be most of what you need already in VDR in the VEHICLE LIST page. No work to really be done. I spent MONTHS compiling that crap haha. If some 1G 2G DSM guys can help us find the info for the Talon/Eclipse/Lasers that would be cool. Gear ratios are easy, its the weights Cd and Frontal Area that will be tricky. If you play around with the Cd and Frontal area values, you'll notice that at least one of them has a very small impact on the results so it doesn't need to be dead on. Besides, most modded cars change their stance and add bumpers, diffusers and such which changes the parameters from OEM anyhow.
