LC-1 Wideband Logging in EvoScan

I think I have a somewhat unique situation, and I've searched but cannot find the answer. My laptop has only one USB port, so running the serial cable from the LC-1 into my laptop to log A/F in EvoScan is not an option since I'm already using the USB port for EvoScan. Is there a way to wire one of the analog outputs on my LC-1 into the ECU so that I can log A/F that way? I'd really like to be able to look at A/F with all of the other stuff all at once.

If this has been covered a thread link would be great.

Thanks for your help.

Yeah, it's been done already. Either by Mr Fred or Mr Turco. I'll see if I can find the link.

couldn't you just get a serial to USB adapter and a USB hub then plug both devices in?

Or would the hub create a significant delay?

That would be the easiest solution. I don't know much about this kind of stuff, so I'm not sure if it would work or not. Anyone have any experience with USB hubs?

Well I have used them before. You can pick one up at walmart for prob around $10 or so. just make sure whatever one you get is not like a big one that needs to be powered or anything. Just one of the little guys.

Im %99 sure that i will work fine. The only thing that i was thinking might be a problem is if the speed of the hub is too slow, but i think you should be ok. What computer do you have that only has one usb port? Just curious? one of those asus eee pc's or something?
