what is the perfect AFR and ignition timing ?
Can someone suggest, what is the perfect AFR (using innovate lm2) at 100 load, 150 load, 200 load and maximum load or what should I aim for ?
P.S. Engine built with forged CP pistons, manley H-beam rods, turbo is FP-green.

Sorry if i came across as being a little blunt, but the thread title left too many variables to give a definitive answer, esp. re: timing.

As I know when running engine with forged pistons and forged rods you can run the engine AFR up to 11.5-11.8 under full load (correct me if I am wrong), petrol is 98 octane fuel.
Also another question how can I decrease EGT ?
P.S. The car is evo8, CP pistons, manley rods, M2 cosworth cams (everything else is uprated as well).

on pump gas i like to tune around the same as tephra says (12.3-12.5 spool up and 11-11.3 the rest of the way) with meth injection most cars i tune like to be around 11.8ish. but every car is diff and will like diff things, and finding that out is what seperates the OK tuners from the great tuners.

You are a bit wrong here, in "how to tune an evo" they are discussing stock engine, as I understood.

Asking the AFR for for 150 load, 200 load etc means nothing as this is a MAF based vehicle and 200 load can mean 14psi or 27psi depending on the intake type.
Do yourself a favor and invest in a professional to tune your car and ask all the questions you want at the tuning session.

If you would be so kind, could you please explain me, what can I do wrong, that could lead me to building a new engine ?
EGT is at sensible level, I am not running 1000+ degrees to melt my engine.
I got rid of the knock (almost all of them, except the occasional minor knocks) , the AFR is around 11-11.2.
Also, if we are looking at my car, not someone else, I notice that 180-200 load is aproximately 0.8 bar of boost, 260-280 load would correlate to 1.55 bar of boost.
If you are a professional tuner share some information.
You need to pay a Pro Tuner to handle this car. From your questions alone, there is no way you should even attempt to tune the vehicle or its likely you will be building it all over again.

Basically what everyone is trying to tell you is that every car is different. There is no one answer to any of your questions.
Anyone can give you rough ideas to get you in the ball park, which it seems after your last post you are kinda already there. Now you are asking where to go from here.
That's on you, mainly because no two people do things the same way. Some people like a little more timing, some people like a little more boost... some people run cars lean. Some cars don't like to be run lean.
Some cars are limited by their setup and cannot run a lot of boost.
This is the part where you either pay someone, or keep plugging away. But the answers you are looking for are far too definite, specific to your car, and no one is going to be able to answer them without basically helping you tune your car.

Think of what you are going through as the natural learning curve we have all gone through. You will learn a ton just by logging, adjusting, logging, and adjusting some more. You gained the information you need to get you in the ball park through your questions. Good Job!
As you make SMALL changes you will see, and usually feel, a difference. Just take your time and again....make SMALL adjustments. In time, you will learn what your car likes and does not like. Just to reiterate....every car is different and everyone tunes different as well.
Have fun and tinker....learn all you can. Take notes on what works and what does not. Read these forums and search for knowlege.
