How many have switched to SD? (anonymous poll)

I'm curious how many cars have switched to SD on the stock ECU, or have driven their car with SD even if not fully committed to the switch? This is an anonymous poll. Thanks.

I've tried it. It worked very well, except one issue. If it weren't for that, I would say it's perfect.

I am grateful for it; the car runs much better now than it ever has w/ a MAF.

A jumpy IPW in a very specific map/RPM range. You can read from post#49 in this thread if you are interested.

I asked in another thread for log from others and have noticed it in their logs, too. However, others stated that they don't have this issue. So, I haven't figured it out yet, but that is the issue I was referring to.

Seems like a very small number of people have converted given all the posts in this forum about it.

I have switched back and forth a couple times. Ultimately I want to stick with it, but I will see how it behaves through the winter. Currently I'm trying to get my tune under MAF as buffed out as possible. That's the only reason I voted "not sure".

adoption will ramp up as time goes on. It isn't exactly plug and play. You need some equipment and modifications. For most people the MAF works perfectly fine.

I intend on going this route in the future, not sure if I have everything that is needed yet.
But it is on the list...

I'm in the process of converting and I'm pretty sure that I'll want to stick with it once it's dialed in. Kinda hoping that it will fix some issues that I'm having, if it doesn't, no big deal- can't be worse than it already is.

Agreed. I am still reading and learning as much as possible about other peoples' experiences before I jump in. Plus, the stock MAF can handle quite a bit of horsepower, so making the switch isn't always necessary for those of us running the stock block and making less than 600whp.

I've tried this, other than the problem l2r99gst noted it works well. If we ever figure out what's going on I will switch over permenently.
