My idle Hz is around 37Hz. I am running stock injectors, but I am running Tephramod 96530706 v7 on my JDM8MR. I can't think of anything that would cause this problem.
I have turned Periphery FCA bit 15 to 0 to prevent some CELs.

I am going to try something else this weekend... basically rebuild a stock rom with out all the little extra definitions (just periphery bits) and enter my scaling and latency settings for my injectors and see if I can get it to log like that... the more I think about it though, it may be a MAF scaling issue, but it still does me no good unless I can log fuel trims...

No perh bits changed from stock.
I am going to reflash back to my stock ROM and see what happens.

Well i decided to double check my MAF and injector scalings today.
And I just noticed my mid LTFT doesn't seem to move from 12.446% its been like that since i started logging. Low LTFT adjusts and my STFT are working. I wonder if it has something to do with running T6v7...

To recap... I run the 96530706 Rom on my car and my STFT, O2 feedback and all my Fuel Trims don't budge from a reading of 0.18%.
I set my FAA bit4 back to a 1 from it's previous 0, disconnected the battery for a few minutes and start her up.
Same thing, I let the car idle for 10 minutes but STFT and all tht Fuel Trims don't change at all.
I then flashed my car back to the stock Rom and reset the battery again... let it idle for 10 minutes.
STFT now change and gives a reading, but the other fuel trims are still static at 0.18%.
Any idea what may be wrong?
I am using Evoscan 2.7 Beta2 and EcuFlash 1.42.

As to the OP, sounds interesting to say the least

My problem is exactly the same as your describe. The long term low and mid fuel trims are stuck on 0.18 and never budge. the Short term fuel moves around, and is within +/- 5%. I am beginning to think there might be a bug in 96530706. I have not fiddled with FAA bit 4, I have always had closed loop enabled as default.

I am still on stock intake and stock injectors with the stock latencies, stock injector anf MAF scalings in my map.
Surely it is not needed to rescale my MAF to get the Fuel trims to start reading, if I am still basically stock on the components mentioned above.
My air flow Hz reads 37.5 at idle.
Edit: I also have a LC1 wired directly into the ECU, and in Evoscan when logging the LC1, it reads between 14,6 - 15.0 at idle which tells me that the low/idle fuel trims are pretty much spot on.

The information I have about MAF-Hz crossovers for 96530706 is:
Low -> Mid = 75.00
Mid -> Low = 62.50
Mid -> High = 1587.50
High -> Mid = 1581.25
So essentially anything under 75 will be Low, unless it's already on Mid (in which case it will need to go under 62.50 to get back to Low)
