I just happen to stumble on the patch which was there are along.

Yeah I'm on 96530706 from 96260009 which uses injector scaling of 542.
What I did was to adjust my MAF scaling in the 19 - 75Hz range down around 4%.
You could also slightly reduce the injector latency, as the latency values that go with the 542 scaling are higher than the ones that come with the 513 scaling.

Edit: Since I don't have to worrying about emissions/passing inspection, I just had to add the lines to my XML file from the link above to surpress the P0141 rear O2 Heater code.
