You're running too much duty cycle and desired engine load between 3000 and 4500rpm. Make your desired engine load 120 in these areas and adjust the duty cycle accordingly by logging load error. This will eliminate your boost spike. From here you can easily fine tune to the boost you are aiming for.

What boost curve are you trying to make?

My boost spike is pretty much gone now, it just jumps up and down the entire time in 4th gear. Just trying to hit 30 psi and hold it as long as possible.

Here's a graph of your load v RPM. Your only issue is 3250 to 4250 rpm. Seriously, just zero out your error correction table and drop the desired engine load and duty cycle. This will smooth things out nicely. Add the numbers back into error correction once the duty cycle is dialled in.

My duty cycle was perfect when the tbec was zeroed out is the thing that I dont get.

zero out 2.5 and try even smaller downward correction. and/or buffer the BDEL a bit more
