I personally tried it on my own car, same ecu 3 different roms.

But Jamie_VI also tried the same roms on his car, with a 7 and an 8 260 ecu and had the exact same issue's.

^ YES. You can do all of that. Just make sure you set up your MAP sensor correctly.

Speaking of sensors I got the 7 bar mappings worked out for any drag car insane enough to do it.

Last i checked it comes out of the passenger side floor board thru the firewall directly from the ecu into the engine bay. Routes around to the fuse box.

I think the Mileage (Gasoline) formula in the second post needs to be updated.

It is listed as Eval="5.9*[Speed]*[AFRMAP]/[lbamin]"

I am getting values in the 1000's.

=5.9 * 60 * 14.7 / 5

=1040

I don't think I am doing anything wrong because the math just doesn't work.

I also noticed that in 94170715, it defaults to the alt map. I loaded up the ROM with the alt maps option set to 0 to disable them and then logged 8425 and received 3. In the past this meant that the ecu is using alt maps, has this changed in this ROM?

Does anyone how easy it would be to convert back to the old style psi boost settings without being gear dependent as i do not see myself going 140 mph plus to tune 5th gear on the street.

If that's your goal for ease of setup just set every gear the same saves you both time and effort undoing tephra's work.
