tell me about it.... i think i figured a solution... theoretically... i can find out what PSIg is 'boost error' = "0".... and at what RPM..using that boost value and the difference in my BDE table since every value is the same... i can set a boost curve in BDE with BEC enabled that will follow my current Boost curve with no correction...

hey, it works great on my car!
if you don't use correction then completely ignore boost error, BDE, boost adder, etc. You'll only be using the WGDC to set boost for each gear at each rpm. You can then use the MAF vs IAT compensation to adjust for different weather conditions.

MAF vs IAT.. how does that help?

Just don't go too aggressive to minimize overboosting at spoolup and you shouldn't have any trouble.
Dunno why I said MAF vs IAT, I meant WGDC vs IAT. As intake air temp gets colder, the turbo will spool quite a bit more easily, so you want to use that table to lower WGDC when it's colder to have the same boost.

Very plausible; here's my WGDC table

so i decided to try and find my boost error at a BDE value of "20" for every cell... and this is what i found....
i dropped my boost adder to '11.1' because my WGDC at anything of 67% was over boosting... with a BDE 'psi' table of 20 at every value... according to my logs... OMNI Map = 21.7457 psi... Boost Error = -0.0022... RPM = 4062.. my WGDC is 67% at every value...
If the ECU just wants a boost error of '0' can i set my BDE 'psi' curve to 20 with an adder of 11.1 (even though my atmospheric pressure is about 14.5 in Virginia Beach) @ peak of ~4000 RPM.. {BDE'psi' = 20 @ 4000 RPM and every RPM below} and then taper down according to my current boost curve.. utilizing mr fred's BEC Table provided here...

Yes you can totally do that. There's nothing that says that boost adder has to = atmospheric pressure, it's just that it makes it easier to read your BDE table when it is. In your case it'll have the same effect though; whatever you put into your BDE table will be the target boost curve for the ECU.
or is it safer to go 100% during spool up and cut it back to about 67% through my peak boost values and even lower as the motor approaches redline?

as far as setting the WGDC.. i can now run 100% WGDC right? With the BEC table engaged it will automatically correct the WGDC?
