hey everyone ive recently upgraded my ecu from an evo 5 to an evo 7 and put tephra mods v7 on it, everything is going fine and car drives pretty good but i cant figure out why my launch control wont engage???

for test purposes i set the min tps to 1% and 7mph for the vehicle speed and the stationary limit to 2500, still nothing

also i wired up a haltech 3bar map sensor to pin 73 and tried starting the car with the sd rom but it just wouldnt start? i was using the gm scaling

anything would be great cheers

Hope one of the guys in this thread can point me in the right direction. I have an ASpec Evo 9 GSR that has the dreaded P0141 rear O2 sensor Heater circuit tripping a CEL. The ecu has standard the 88580013 rom. So I thought I would bypass all that nonsense and flash in the Tephra V7 88580714 rom. It appears to inherit the 88580014 xml definitions.

So the rear O2 sensor simulation has been enabled, and the CEL for that P0141 code still comes on . Any ideas where I head now ?

Also, the intercooler spray functions dont appear in bold .. have I got a dodgy XML ?

I am after a XML file to suit 98640014 JDM spec Evo 7. i am very interested i doing mafless tuning for this customer.
I am of course happy to pay you for any advise and files provided.
This vehicle has had an aftermarket ecu fitted , which he is unhappy with and i mentioned to him i may be able to give a more stable and reliable tune with the std ecu.
Any advise appreciated

guys im having a problem- Im trying to use 88590715 but it keeps reverting itself to a normal rom.

after I restart my computer and load the rom, all tephra options disappear and it looks like a regular *** rom.

anyone experience this?
