you mean you cannot use the autolog feature with open port 2.0 ?
received mine yesterday and tried autlog but i cannot get it to work, I use tephrav7 too
sorry can't help you with boost settings, I use a hallman pro-rx

Ya, I followed the directions from Tactrix, added the CFG file and made sure it was set to RPM not cruise etc. Only thing missing is "make sure you are using a mode23 enabled rom", so I'm guessing that is it.
W/Boost I am using the phenem modified tephra that has psi boost enabled so it says.... I think tonight I will d/l the stock tephra and compare notes, maybe transfer those settings over. Frigging 15 psi surge is really irritating, gives me a headache.

So I decided to go full retard today and really bump the heck out of the boost settings. WGDC is 100% then scaled down to 60% toward the top of the tach. BDE is 21 psi and boost adder is 28 psi (I'm at sea level btw). Double checked everything is set for psi based boost.
I got it up to 16 psi now. WTF man.
Does anyone know how to revert the boost control to the factory set up in V7? If I flash my old tune on there or a fresh MUT flash it boosts 18-20 psi all day long. It's something in tephra.
Or perhaps a better question since I am getting pretty pissed: Who (that does this somewhat professionally) wants to set this dam thing up for me for some paypal love?

On a MAF setup, is it possible to use an IAT sensor tied to the fuel temp line (like SD) to retard timing? I understand that there is an IAT sensor in the MAF, but that has very little correlation to the actual air temp entering the engine post turbo, intercooler.

I am re organizing 8858 XML's so that tables with dutys similar throughout the base and v7 rom's have categories that make sense. Its not a difficult task. However might be helpful. I am only renaming the categories in the XML not restructuring. If anyone has a need for a 8858 xml i can post it up. 8858 never got much love and is a mess as downloaded from this thread

Ok, Ill zip it up here. I am not 100% done with it, but that big mass of V7 tables has been organized quite a bit.
Additional definitions include
Timing trim vs IAT
Closed Loop LT control
OBDII circuit bypass
ISCV cleaned up a tad and lumped in
Fuel pump high-low table
maybe some more
things I was still looking for are advanced fuel control such as acelleration enrichment's asynch and synchronous
use my evo base, my 88580014 and my v7 xml's. Be sure to back yours up
its not as complete as it could be because theres still tables floating around but the core is the classification has been done and I will continue to work on them. If you'd like i can update a NEW post in this thread when I get things done a little more complete.
edit: removed the attatched XML because donner listed some very meaningful defs for ISCV stuff, bringing 8858 closer to 8859 in definitions. So with that in mind the stuff he gave me overlaps some of the untested entries I had and Im syphoning through that stuff now.

211ratsbud for president !
thank you very much, this is the 1st "enhanced" 88580x14 xml I have ever seen, not many people running it sadly , and sharing is definitely not the norm in the EU :/
here are the tables I added, mostly by using guesswork
never tried changing the retard limit on a real car I must say
the ISCV tables on the other side 100% work and are really helpful if you suffer from throttle hang
you may change the category to whatever you like that was for keeping track of what I added to the base xmls I had
can you point me to a thread explaining the ALS tables ? I tought it didn't work on 9s and didn't have them ?

The ignition retard limit is actually -20. I use it .
Thank you for the TPS related tables. I added them, and double checked my own for overlap(just in case ya know) .. they are in my list.
8858 runs my car on SD with no jitter. My native 8859 ran with jitter and it was annoying as heck. so Im focusing on 8858.
ISCV stuff I copied from you in the ISCV thread did not include those that you just listed.
Maybe we could put something together and compile an updated 8858 xml. Its probably the second most evo ix supported rom.
I found and added the fan tables.( not to the thread yet)
88580014 certainly has the SAS routine in the programming. I do use the tables.
