hey all,

been real busy so i have only managed to test the v7 on my car this week..

I used to run a 88840016 rom, using the 88590715 plus mods now.

my car idles great and seems to drive perfect, BUT

I cannot get the car to start without disabling the immobiliser, the immobiliser code is correct, the immob hex i have tried them all, and on my previous rom i cannot see this code on ecuflash, so not sure what it was.... any thoughts anyone?

ALso i seem to be getting an error on my car, the codes are

P0462Fuel level sensor circuit low input
p0441 - *cannot find the error*
p0107 Pressure sensor circuit low input
p0446 - Evap system vent control

I was not getting these before, how to I deactivate them or correct them?

otherwise i am a happy camper.. thanks guys... donation sent a while ago.

Mike

FCA bit13 for p0441
bit15 for p0446

FDA bit 11 for p0461

Id check periphery bits for both roms and set them to the same as original rom see how it goes from there

Hi

thanks for that, the error codes are gone now.

just immob and one more issue i noticed.

my timing values in the upper load sites (110+) are a good 3-5 degrees morethan the ign map!!!! and it doesn't seem to be constant... i need to search, will post back if i find nothing.

Did you make the immob hex the same in the new ROM as your original ROM?

Have you made sure that not only the immobilizer code itself, but also the memory address location in flash where the immobilizer code is actually stored are both correct?

Exclamation TPS WGDC Correction

When I hold the pedal at half-throttle at first I have what I expect to - 45% WGDC and lower boost... ...than a moment later my WGDC get back to 90% and almost full boost! Half a second later situation repeats - WGDC is lowered to 45% and boost is lowered too, than its back to my 90% from Base WGDC table and almost full boost!

So it seems like TBEC routine works against TPS WGDC Correction function!

Did anybody have any success applying TPS WGDC Correction?
Bump..

Anybody?

And props to hediki12, as I was hitting boost cut and didn't realize it!!
If your IDC is really that high on your 35R and 1000cc, you might actually be delivering that load. It may have been abnormal that it was as *low* as it was before, and now it has returned to normalcy.

Could you post your TPS WGDC correction, BDEL and Base WGDC tables please? just for information...
biggy , I don't think this is of any help, but here are my settings. I'm actually using psi based boost control. Ignore the over 100 in the wgdc map, its for the effect.

well on my original rom i was not able to see the immobilizer hex (0055 etc) but mailed tephra, he gave me this site to follow the instructions... got the code off the old rom, it was

0x006C for those of you wondering. i thought we had the aus rom, but i am not sure, def not edm for the evo 9, but edm works on the 8's.

mine works now.

thanks.

do you have any issues like oscilating boost under 50% throttle conditions? is your TBEC on? what do you have in "Max Upward WGDC Corr" table?

mwdc/tps from 75 up 1,2,3

but have had no problems with boost oscillations, other than when my gear / rpm was off.

doubt any of this is important, I'd look at some other factor.
maybe "afr out of range" or something similar that you have inadvertently OKed.

I double checked everything... ((

1 question to Tephra: Does TBEC work when TPS WGDC Correction multiplier is applied?
